1. Introduction
This User Agreement explains the rules for using AAJA Exchange, including the website, exchange order flow, account area, support channels, affiliate pages, and related public content.
2. Acceptance of terms
By accessing the website, creating an order, submitting payment proof, contacting support, or using an account, you agree to this agreement and the related policies published by AAJA Exchange.
3. Service description
AAJA Exchange provides digital currency and supported payment-method exchange services. Available exchange directions, reserves, limits, fees, and processing rules may vary by currency, network, and administrator configuration.
4. User responsibilities
Users must use the service lawfully, provide accurate information, control the payment accounts or wallets they use, and follow the official order instructions shown on the website.
5. Account registration
Some features may require an account. Users are responsible for protecting login details, using a valid email address, and notifying support if unauthorized access is suspected.
6. Order creation
When creating an exchange order, the user must choose the correct direction, enter the correct amount, provide accurate sender and payout details, and confirm that the order matches their intended transaction.
7. Payment obligations
Users must pay the required amount through the method and details shown in the order instructions. Payments made outside official instructions may be delayed, rejected, or unrecoverable.
8. Accuracy of details
Wallet addresses, mobile money numbers, bank details, sender names, payout accounts, transaction hashes, payment references, and uploaded proofs must be accurate and belong to the user or authorized payer.
9. Prohibited use
AAJA Exchange must not be used for fraud, scams, stolen funds, sanctions evasion, money laundering, terrorist financing, darknet activity, unauthorized third-party payments, or attempts to avoid verification.
10. Order cancellation
AAJA Exchange may cancel orders that are unpaid, late, suspicious, incorrectly created, unsupported, technically impossible, or not compliant with verification and payment instructions.
11. Exchange rate fixation
Rates are handled according to the Conditions for exchange rate fixation page. Late payment, pending blockchain confirmations, market movement, or payment issues may lead to recalculation or cancellation.
12. Refunds
Refund availability depends on the Refund policy. If payment has already been processed or sent to the payout destination, refund may not be available.
13. Limitation of liability
AAJA Exchange is not liable for losses caused by incorrect user details, third-party service delays, blockchain congestion, unauthorized account use, market volatility, or payments made outside official instructions.
14. Support and communication
Support communication should use official AAJA Exchange email, Telegram, or WhatsApp links. Users may be asked for order number, email, payment proof, transaction hash, or verification documents.
15. Changes to agreement
AAJA Exchange may update this agreement when services, risks, payment methods, legal requirements, or operational rules change. The latest version published on the website applies.
Key user obligations
- Check the exchange direction, amount, rate, reserve, minimum, and maximum before creating an order.
- Send payment only to the official details shown for the active order.
- Upload clear payment proof or provide the correct transaction hash when required.
- Do not use third-party funds or accounts unless you are authorized and can verify ownership.
- Contact support before repeating payment if an order status appears delayed or unclear.
