Site rules
Rules for safe, accurate, and compliant use of AAJA Exchange.
Last updated: 2026
1. General rules
Users must read and follow the User agreement, AML/KYC/KYT Policy, Refund policy, Caution page, and Conditions for exchange rate fixation. Creating an order means the user accepts the rules that apply to that transaction.
2. Use of service
AAJA Exchange provides digital currency and supported payment-method exchange services. Availability depends on reserves, exchange direction, minimum and maximum limits, network status, payment provider availability, and admin configuration.
3. Order instructions
- Follow only the official instructions shown for the active order.
- Check the amount, receiving method, wallet address, network, and payment deadline.
- Upload clear payment proof when requested.
- Contact support before repeating payment or changing details.
4. Payment rules
- Use only accounts, wallets, or payment methods you control or are authorized to use.
- Do not send third-party funds without clear authorization and verification.
- Incorrect amount, wrong network, or wrong payment detail may delay, cancel, or reduce the final amount.
- Completed payouts are generally irreversible.
5. User responsibilities
- Provide correct email, sender account, payout account, wallet address, and order details.
- Keep account login credentials, email, payment accounts, and wallets secure.
- Respond to support or verification requests when an order is under review.
- Pay any applicable taxes, reporting obligations, or charges related to personal exchange activity.
6. Fraud prevention
AAJA Exchange may delay, review, cancel, refund, or refuse suspicious transactions. Security checks may include payment proof review, sender account verification, wallet screening, transaction monitoring, and additional KYC/KYT questions.
7. Prohibited activities
- Fraud, scams, stolen funds, money laundering, sanctions evasion, terrorist financing, or illegal activity.
- Using fake payment proof, false identity details, misleading account ownership claims, or forged documents.
- Attempting to bypass verification, split orders to avoid review, or hide the source or destination of funds.
- Abusing support, spamming forms, attacking the website, or interfering with platform operations.
8. Communication with support
Support may request order number, email, payment receipt, transaction hash, wallet address, sender details, or verification documents. Users should communicate through official AAJA Exchange channels and avoid sending sensitive secrets such as passwords, OTP codes, private keys, or seed phrases.
9. Account security
Users are responsible for protecting their email, device, AAJA Exchange account, wallet, and payment accounts. If account compromise is suspected, stop creating orders and contact support immediately.
10. Changes to rules
AAJA Exchange may update site rules when services, payment providers, security risks, compliance requirements, or business operations change. The latest published version applies to future use of the platform.
